We continue to challenge pupils to actively think about their understanding of the Christian faith. We encourage them to question each other and the adults that support them by expressing their thoughts and questions about what faith means. Questions are written up outside the Prayer Space for any member of the school community to volunteer answers. Father Matthew regularly reads the questions and will offer support and guidance – answers are always in green.
One of the offerings this week, shown here was ‘Is it OK to break a commandment by accident?’ The answer written from Father Matt was – ‘Have you ever dropped a plate by accident? I think that is similar. It is good to say sorry but not as bad as doing something on purpose.’
