In Design and Technology, we made a Favela using recycled materials including cardboard, fabric, felt, colours and many more! we had to cut in different ways to create different shapes and features on the housing for example, flaps for windows. We had to use boxes to keep the structure strong. We also challenged ourselves to add on balconies to practice joining materials together”. We were learning about how people live in different parts of the world and how they build their cities.
