This half term, Hazel Class have been learning all about the Roman Empire. We have studied how and why the Romans were so successful in keeping hold of such a vast area and how life changed in Britain after their conquest. We also enjoyed visiting St Albans Verulamium Museum where we handled actual Roman artefacts.
