PUPIL Worship Leaders & National Youth Leaders Working with Pupils in the UK and the Church of England

In the Autumn term we asked the pupils in KS2 to volunteer to become Pupil Worship Leaders. We had pupils from YR 4, 5 and 6 come forward with their ideas and thoughts. They are working with Father Matthew and Ms. Levison, meeting regularly together to discuss how Collective Worship at St. Paul’s can be improved and inclusive for all pupils and staff.

They have also been involved in Prayer writing. They worked with wisdom and compassion to put their thoughts together to write a new Grace prayer for lunchtime at St. Paul’s. It is based on a 3 part prayer saying Thanks, Sorry and Please. It has been shared with the school and now said everyday before lunch.
